Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to: info[at]raidertool.com, including:

  • order number
  • full name
  • products you wish to return

After our confirmation, you will have 14 days to ship the product back.

Returns of bundled products:
To exercise the right of withdrawal for a bundle, all items included in the bundle must be returned together.
It is not possible to return individual products from a bundle in order to obtain a partial or full refund.


Conditions of Returned Products

Products must be returned:

  • not used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and proper functioning
  • in their original condition
  • with intact packaging and all accessories included

If the product has been used beyond normal evaluation, we may apply a reduction of the refund proportional to the decrease in its value.

We do not accept returns of:

  • opened hygiene-related items (for example, RaiderFilter after the seal has been broken)
  • products damaged due to improper use
  • customized items
  • gift cards

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

  • defective product
  • order error attributable to us

The customer is responsible for the product during return shipping until it is delivered to our warehouse.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.


Return Procedure

After submitting your request via email:

  1. We will send you the instructions and the return address.
  2. You must pack the item properly.
  3. You must ship the parcel within 14 days from our approval.
  4. Once we receive the return, we will carry out a conformity check.

We may ask for photos or videos before authorizing the return, especially in case of defects or damage during transport.


Refunds

The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date of your withdrawal notice, but we may withhold the refund until:

  • we have received the product, or
  • we have received proof of shipment of the product.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The following will be refunded:

  • the amount paid for the product
  • the cost of the standard initial shipping (if applicable)

The following will not be refunded:

  • premium shipping costs (Tranquillity and Priority)
  • non-mandatory additional services or fees
  • any reductions applied due to a decrease in the product’s value

Damaged, Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • order number
  • photos/videos showing the issue
  • a detailed description of the problem

In such cases, return or replacement will always be free of charge for the customer.


Legal Warranty of Conformity (2 Years)

All RaiderTool products sold to EU consumers are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity, as provided by applicable European consumer law.

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by improper use
  • unauthorized modifications
  • use in extreme conditions that are not suitable for the product

Warranty extensions via shipping options:

  • With the Tranquillity option, the warranty is extended by an additional 30 days.
  • With the Priority option, the warranty is extended by an additional 90 days.

Exchanges and Replacements

We offer free replacements in case of defective products or shipping errors attributable to us.

In the case of bundles, replacements due to defects may concern only the defective item, but no partial refunds will be issued for individual components of a bundle.


Undelivered Parcels / Incorrect Address

If a parcel is returned to sender due to non-collection or because an incorrect address was provided by the customer, we may require a new payment of the shipping costs to resend the order.
