Order Processing
Order processing takes 0–2 business days from the moment the payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays are handled on the next available business day.
Delivery Times
All shipments depart from our logistics center in Rome (Italy).
The delivery times below are estimated and may vary depending on destination and external factors.
Note: delivery times should be added to processing times to estimate the total time from order to delivery.
Italy, Austria, France, Germany

Note: In Italy we do not ship to locations in the Province of Sondrio and Province of Como.
Belgium, Netherlands, Spain
2–4 business days
Note: In Spain we do not ship to the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands.

Priority: adds 90 extra days of product warranty and gives priority handling during shipment preparation.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking link.
If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us at support[at]raidertool.com including your order number.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are responsible for your parcel until it is physically delivered to the customer, in accordance with EU regulations.
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date.
Undelivered Parcels / Incorrect Address
If a parcel is returned to sender due to non-collection or because an incorrect address was provided by the customer, we may require a new payment of the shipping costs to resend the order.

During holidays, peak seasons, severe weather conditions, or other external factors, delivery times may vary.
